All tuition payments, whether made by cash/check or automatic draft (ACH) will be due on the 1st of each month and late by the 5th. ACH Tuition is due monthly on the 1st or bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th each month. Click here for an Automatic Payment Withdrawal form. Please allow 2 weeks for processing a new ACH sign up.
We also accept credit/debit payments. Click here for a one-time credit/debit payment form. Credit/debit payments can also be set up on a yearly or monthly basis and include a small monthly transaction fee. Cash or check payments not made by the 5th will lead to suspension on the 6th, until the account has a zero balance.
Tuition is determined by the days and hours the class meets during the year, divided by equal monthly payments. Scheduled holidays are not included in the calculation, therefore no payment is received for them.
Student Drop Policy
If it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from the Weekday School for any reason, please submit at least 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the child’s last day. No cost past that 2 week period will be owed. If tuition has been paid in advance, a refund will be issued for each subsequent day. If the school is notified of the withdrawal ON the child’s last day (or a few days prior) 2 weeks tuition will be due from the notification day. Withdrawal forms, available in the office or here, must be filled out and turned into the Weekday School office.
